The V7 High Vacuum Portable Medical Suction Unit is a portable suction device designed for healthcare facilities, home healthcare, ambulances, patient transport, and emergency situations. Manufactured by Hersill, the V7 range is intended for suction applications in surgery, gynaecology, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care.

The V7 features a long-life, medical-grade piston pump that operates without oil and is designed to be maintenance-free. Its precise vacuum control knob allows healthcare professionals to adjust suction, while the integrated vacuum gauge provides readings from 0 to 100 kPa (0–760 mmHg).

Designed for portability and practical operation, the unit features an ergonomic ABS housing and an anchorage system tested to withstand 10 g. Depending on the model, it may include a rechargeable battery with LED charge indicators, allowing operation away from a fixed power source.

The V7 also incorporates a collection jar with an overflow safety valve and a hydrophobic PTFE bacterial filter. Its compact construction and model-dependent weight of approximately 2.2–4.5 kg make it suitable for use across different healthcare environments.
