Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may be eligible to return or exchange a product if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
You provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used medical equipment or machinery
Opened consumables, disposables, or sterile products
Customized or special-order products
Calibration or maintenance services
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Process for Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our support team will assess the request and provide instructions for return pickup or drop-off.
Note: Items must be inspected by our team before any approval for refund or replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of incorrect or defective items.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, and the item qualifies, we’ll dispatch a replacement product (subject to availability) after receiving and verifying the original item.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Fastonmed may assist in coordinating courier services, but charges may apply.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy above will apply.
