The Foldawheel PW-1000XL Lightweight Folding Power Wheelchair is a portable electric wheelchair designed for users who need a combination of convenient transportation, comfortable seating and reliable powered mobility. Featuring a wider design than the Foldawheel PW-999UL, this model offers increased weight capacity, more powerful motors and an extended driving range.

Weighing approximately 25.5 kg (56 lbs) without batteries, the PW-1000XL features a quick folding mechanism that allows it to open or fold in approximately one second. Once folded, it can stand upright independently and be rolled using its transport wheels, making storage and handling more convenient.

Built with a high-grade aircraft-quality aluminium alloy frame, the wheelchair supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg (330 lbs). Its dual 250W brushless motors, five-speed joystick controller and 10-inch rear wheels are designed to deliver smooth powered movement and practical manoeuvrability.

The PW-1000XL comes with two removable lithium-ion batteries, offering a stated standard travel range of approximately 30 km (18.6 miles), with an optional third battery available for an extended range. Four spring suspensions, raised armrests, detachable seat cushioning and a washable seat cover further support everyday comfort and convenience.
