Chattanooga Intelect Mobile 2 Combo is a combined ultrasound therapy and 2-channel electrotherapy system designed for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, and muscle stimulation treatments. Its compact design allows it to be used with or without the optional therapy cart. The system provides dual-frequency ultrasound therapy at 1 MHz and 3 MHz, with pulsed and continuous duty cycles of 10%, 20%, 50%, and 100%. A 5 cm ultrasound treatment head is supplied as standard, while additional 1 cm² and 2 cm² ultrasound heads are available as optional accessories. For electrotherapy treatments, the Intelect Mobile 2 Combo offers five waveforms: 2-pole and 4-pole Interferential, VMS Muscle Stimulation (NMES), High Volt, Asymmetric Biphasic TENS, and Symmetric Biphasic TENS. The device features a 7-inch high-resolution touchscreen, onboard memory, software upgrade capability, and informative lights around connection points. Evidence-based Suggested Protocol Settings (SPS) help therapists select appropriate treatment parameters. Its ultrasound coupling detection provides audible and visual feedback and automatically pauses treatment when the ultrasound head becomes uncoupled, helping ensure that the recorded treatment time reflects actual ultrasound delivery. An optional therapy cart with storage drawers provides convenient access to accessories, while the vacuum therapy module can be added for use with stimulation currents.
