C-TEC NC951 Accessible Toilet Alarm Kit is a 12V emergency assistance alarm system designed for accessible toilet applications. The kit includes the key components required for a Part M and BS8300 compliant emergency assistance alarm , excluding cables and fixings. The system includes an NC943B Single Zone Call Controller with rechargeable standby battery and relay, NC807C Ceiling Pull Unit, NC806CS Overdoor Light with Sounder, NC809DBBT Accessible Toilet Reset Point with Sounder, and NC949 Accessible WC Sticker . The ceiling pull unit features two open-sided triangular bangles designed for ease of use, while the reset point includes a RESET button, Braille text, reassurance LED and sounder . The overdoor light incorporates twin red LEDs and an onboard sounder to provide visual and audible indication when assistance is required. A key feature of the NC951 is its Call Accept functionality . When staff respond to an alarm, pressing the Call Accept button provides an intermittent reassurance signal inside the toilet, informing the user that assistance is on the way. Once assistance has been provided, the alarm can be cancelled using the Reset Point. The system uses a simple 12V configuration and can be expanded with up to three additional 800 Series Call System devices. Its rechargeable backup battery provides up to 24 hours of standby operation and 15 minutes of alarm running time . The NC951 can also be used as a single-zone emergency assistance alarm in applications such as changing rooms, interview rooms and reception areas.
