BIOMED MC-120 Cryo Surgical Unit

BIOMED MC-120 Cryo Surgical Unit is a cryosurgical system designed for controlled cryotherapy procedures. The unit can be used with CO₂ or N₂O, with the required N₂O accessories supplied with the system.

The MC-120 uses insulated cryo tips and probes so that the freezing effect is focused on the tip. According to the brochure, it can achieve approximately 3 mm freezing depth in 30–45 seconds, followed by a thermal defrosting process of around 4–5 seconds. The system also features an on-off valve that allows cryo tips to be changed without turning off the CO₂/N₂O cylinder.

The unit is supplied with a carrier band and transporter with wheels for easier movement. Different cryo tips are available, including gynecology, microderm, condyloma, cone, exocervical, exo-endocervical and general-purpose tips
